If the patches are for Tcl/Tk, then you should submit it to them.

I'm not a Tk maintainer, and I never want to be one, so frankly I'd be happier to say it's not supported on ARM :)

But if it builds fine with our PCbuild/prepare_tcltk.bat script and people want it then I'll keep it.
