I fixed the machine and tried the file that you uploaded, but nothing 
changed. This is what I used (traceback.print_exc() prints to stderr, 
so the traceback should be visible):
$ while ./python Lib/test/regrtest.py -v test_docxmlrpc.py; do :; done
