Issue description

We are trying to get rid of legacy javax JAXB.
But we are dependent on openstack4j, which still use legacy javax JAXB, and in our shaded uber jar we get an instance of javax jaxb bind api.
We are using 3.12 which is latest openstack4j.

PLEASE, migrate to Jakarta jaxb bind api.
