SCP-9880 (?)
SCP-9880 is a large, invisible dome created from various rituals and water that automatically activates to enclose a city when a global disaster, like humanity largely perishing, occurs, aiming to preserve a "normal" society. Inside the dome, people are unknowingly protected from the outside world, with their perceptions altered to believe everything is fine, while a special AI maintains this illusion by faking news and communications. High-ranking Foundation personnel within the dome are tasked with maintaining the city's specific characteristics and developing solutions to the global crisis, often making difficult choices to keep the contained "normalcy" alive, even as the outside world and the city itself slowly deteriorate.
Jaxa (state) (?)
The article describes Jaxa, a short-lived microstate that existed in North Asia between 1665 and 1674, situated on the border of Tsardom of Russia and Qing China near the Amur river. It was founded by Nicefor Czernichowski, a Polish nobleman, and his followers, who were refugees from Russia after Czernichowski murdered a voivode. The state's capital was Albazino, and its population consisted of Polish and Ruthenian refugees, as well as indigenous Evenks and Daurs. Jaxa eventually returned to Russian control in 1674, and its territory later became a point of conflict between Russia and Qing China, ultimately being abandoned and destroyed by the Treaty of Nerchinsk in 1689 and incorporated into the Qing dynasty.
