I'm assuming this doesn't need to be backported, let me know what to do if that's not the case.

I'm not at all sure what to do with MailmanProxy, I think I've fixed it's basic functionality but the Mailman module it relies on doesn't seem to exist anymore and I can't find any record of it.

Should MailmanProxy be removed altogether?
